Excellent food that feeds your belly and your cup! Incredible way to give back to the city. The chicken bacon avocado sandwich was great. My husband got the shepherds pie. Really good. If you can't pay, work off the meal with volunteering. Will come again

This was our 1st time here, we were given tokens to get free lunch, the staff are some of the most sweetest people The attitudes, the character I saw in being truly happy in what they were doing gave a great display towards management in keeping up the morale of each and every person working! I was very impressed to say the least! Thank you so much for the kindness showed to us ( we don't eat pork and they went out of their way to make 2 turkey and cheese sandwiches for my 2 girls)

I absolutely love everything about this place! The food is amazing, the staff and volunteers are always helpful and friendly. Very nice, clean place to eat and enjoy a coffee while working. Please donate to them to help for a wonderful cause in these tough times by going to their website or stopping by for lunch.

What an incredible and inspirational cafe and mission! The work that RS services does is an example to our entire community and the opportunity to help to support this mission is unique and fulfilling. From the delicious, nutritious food, to the great value, to the smiling faces, it was a delightful first visit for us. Warm and welcoming surroundings in a beautiful building added to the lovely experience—and we left with full bellies and rejuvenated souls! Buy a token if you be are able and provide a nourishing meal for another. Thank you and keep up the amazing work!!

I have been looking forward to getting back here following the renovation. It's great! Deliciously flavorful lentil-potato soup and tasty salad (loved the small cubes of beets). Friendly cashier and student volunteers at the food counter. Free iced tea! We were there a little after 1, and it wasn't crowded. The setting was bright and clean, and I love being welcomed by the beautiful painting of Thelma at the entrance. The price was so fair compared to what restaurants are charging these days, so I gave a little extra toward their pay-it-forward program. Will defininately be back.

Had a great experience here for lunch! Clean, friendly, great atmosphere. Love supporting the community. Had the Chicken Bacon Avocado and Turkey and Brie Panini and was delicious. I will be returning to try some soup!

A bus driver had ranted for nearly 20 minutes how wonderful this place was so I decided to try it. She was absolutely spot on! Had a chicken and bacon panini which also had purple Onion and family sliced tomatoes with some avocado on the side. It was phenomenal! Soups of the day were Moroccan butternut squash or clam chowder both from scratch. I opted for the Moroccan butternut. It too was phenomenal. They don't offer soft drinks however, they offer coffee tea or water for free all in all my total was $10. Just amazing!

Excellent for catering! We used Thelma’s for one of our lunches during a multi-day conference and it was honestly one of the best caterers we’ve had. The pricing was comparable, but the food was so much better than your standard boxed lunches, which can be pretty bland. Everything was delicious and just elevated enough. 250+ lunches were delivered in perfect shape and on time. Highly recommend!
